Liisa has a Bachelor of Health Care (Physiotherapy) (2013) and she is currently studying a Master’s of Clinical Rehabilitation (Neurological Physiotherapy) at Flinders University. Her main interest area is vestibular physiotherapy – that is, treating people with dizziness and vertigo. Liisa completed an introductory course to vestibular physiotherapy in 2016 and a Vestibular Education Australia Competency course in vestibular physiotherapy in 2019. Liisa is also skilled in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with over 10 years of experience in the field. She also has strength and conditioning skills, so she can help devise individualized sports training programs. Neurological and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy are also part of her skillset with her passion to treat people holistically.
